Rosati has been involved in the development of several Subway Restaurants. The Restaurants sizes ranged from 900 Sq. Ft. to 1,200 Sq. Ft. Each was design-built by Rosati in conjunction with the Subway Corporate Design Team in Connecticut . For each of the restaurants the newest design-theme was used. Each location included the leasehold construction including the Dinning Area, Food Preparation and Serving Areas, back of house Kitchen Areas, Washrooms, Walk-in Fridge & Freezers.
