This Big Box retail store was the first Staples / Business Depot in the City of Windsor. The building is conventionally constructed with a roof structure of open web steel joists with metal deck. The exterior e velope is enclosed with pre-finished insulated metal siding at the canopy areas, architectural block a d a ballasted built-up roofing. The building includes retail space, warehouse space and loading area in luding loading docks. This development totals approximately 21,000 Sq. Ft.
