This retail and commercial office development includes a 13,000 Sq. Ft. Rexall Pharma Plus retail store with drive through and a 6,500 Sq. Ft. multi-tenant plaza for retail and/or professional tenants. Both facilities are conventionally constructed with structural steel post, beam and open web steel joists. The roofing is a ballasted single-ply EPDM membrane. The exterior facades are a combination of aluminum framed store front glazing and E.I.F.S. (Stucco) systems. Rosati also constructed the interior leasehold improvement of the pharmacy including the Medical Clinic which consisted of four doctors’ offices, 11 examination rooms and support spaces.
