APAG CoSyst, a thriving company with operations in Switzerland, Czech Republic, India and more, has enlisted Rosati’s design-Build Services as it prepares to open its first north American manufacturing location in Windsor.
Swiss- based APAG, which develops, manufactures and supplies electronics and lighting components to automotive and other industrial customers, approached Rosati earlier this year to design and renovate the existing facility, located in the former FedEx building on Rhodes Drive. Rosati is currently redeveloping the 32,000 square foot plant into a high tech, clean facility to accommodate the sensitive electronics manufacturing process.
The project also includes a complete upgrade of the building’s exterior, a facelift of the office facade, and enhancement of the existing plant wall cladding systems.
