Founded in 1969 by Vince and Olivia Rosati, the Rosati Group encompasses several construction-related companies serving Southwestern Ontario. Rosati Construction Inc. is the driving force of the group performing as a General Contractor specializing in Design-Build industrial and commercial projects. Our reputation for outstanding value and innovation is recognized throughout the industry. Our Team
Through our talented employees, we have a strong base of skills and experiences to make our construction projects and engineered solutions successful. As a Design-Build Contractor, we are able to offer the complete range of “in-house” services. Our development, design/engineering, legal, leasing and property management teams supplement our full-service field crews and construction team to truly provide a one-stop package. From master planning, design and construction through lease acquisition, lease creation, lease execution and property management, we are uniquely positioned to take care of any project due to the combined expertise of each of our team members.
