- This Design-build project is Phase 1 of a large industrial development for the Client. Phase 1 is a total of 372,155 Sq. Ft. and includes 1-Storey 13,150 Sq. Ft. Office, 16,730 Sq. Ft. Warehouse and 342,275 of Manufacturing and support amenities. The conventionally designed facility include 25-ton and 5-ton cranes in various areas of the facility, four loading docks. The development also included two stand-alone pre-engineered Butler buildings for Waste and Chemical Storage complete with containment systems.
