This renovation redeveloped the once former home of Tepperman’s Furniture Store into the “Ottawa Street Business Centre”. The renovations feature a completely new façade incorporating a unique blend of stucco systems, crown moldings and trim details, new window and door systems, new architectural block and brick masonry. The building’s main entrance was relocated from Ottawa Street to Pierre Street, providing the main entrance and vestibule with full handicap accessibility as well as an excellent view of Lanspeary Park. The 3-storey facility has approximately 30,000 sq. ft. of leaseable space.
