- The 2 story brick and timber framed building had to be completely restored. All existing brick masonry on the interior and exterior was ice blasted to return the masonry to its original splendor.
- All mortar joints throughout were fully repointed.
- The limestone architectural details were brought back to their original state.
- The oriel windows, the structure surrounding them and the original moldings were completely removed and recreated, while existing storefronts were restored with more modernized systems.
