KB Components Canada is expanding its Windsor manufacturing operations with more than 91,000 square feet of
new production space. Rosati has been selected as the design-build contractor, delivering a project that will connect
two KB facilities into a single, highly efficient manufacturing campus.
The expansion includes new manufacturing and
warehouse space, employee amenities, a shipping
and receiving office, six loading docks, upgraded
electrical infrastructure, increased crane capacity, and a
connection between the two facilities. Designed to boost
production and efficiency, the project strengthens KB
Components Canada’s competitiveness and supports
future growth in the evolving automotive supply chain.
