The Windsor Islamic Association Foundation is currently constructing a multi-building residence for Muslim seniors, across the street from the Islamic mosque at the corner of Dominion Blvd. and Northwood Street.
In 2022, the Foundation selected Rosati to build this first-ever local seniors housing complex, which is situated on 1.3 acres. It is comprised of five two-storey, six-unit buildings for a total of 30 units. Each apartment measures approximately 1,200 SF, boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The project is designed to complement the existing neighbourhood. “The construction is awesome!” said Atiq Nakrawala. “We are so excited to be working with Rosati, who are doing an amazing job.”
