In 2016, Rosati design-built a new industrial facility for IAT Global in Lakeshore. The successful project brought Vancouver-based Regency Group back to Rosati last year for a sister facility in Chatham to accommodate the company’s growing business.
IAT Global is a leading supplier of custom automation and work holding solutions to the automotive, heavy industrial, oil & gas, agricultural and machine tooling industries.
The new IAT Global facility comprises 47,000-square-feet of high-tech production and office space, and utilizes modern aesthetics including a grand clerestory stairwell with seamless glass, extra interior glazing and butt-glazed curtain wall windows.
Rosati’s local expertise was crucial in finding the right parcel of land, achieving competitive construction pricing, and working closely with Chatham-Kent’s planning, building and economic development departments.
