Despite global trade challenges and industry uncertainty, Windsor’s manufacturing
sector continues to move forward with confidence, innovation, and investment.
Windsor-Essex tool & die companies, automotive suppliers and manufacturers are
strengthening operations through strategic expansions, facility improvements and
new technology investments.
At Whitfield Welding, Rosati is delivering design-build improvements at two locations, including a
2,000-square-foot production addition at its Roscon facility and a new machine foundation at its Fasan Drive
operation, to support advanced equipment and future growth.
Jahn Engineering Fixture & Tool is expanding with a 4,950-square-foot addition at its O’Neil Drive facility,
increasing capacity and improving workflow efficiency.
The region is also seeing renewed life in existing industrial assets, including the transformation of the former
Rosati-built Ford/Nemak Windsor Aluminum Plant into a modern logistic centre and sub assembly centre
supporting the Windsor-Detroit automotive corridor.
Together, these investments demonstrate Windsor’s continued commitment to building a stronger, more
competitive manufacturing future.
