Rosati has been selected as the Contractor to bring the internationally recognized Aqua-Tots Swim School experience to Windsor. In collaboration with Sfera Architectural Associates, Rosati is transforming the former Other Place Catering building at Walker Road and Ottawa Street into a modern, state-of-the-art aquatic learning facility. Expected to open early next year, the new Aqua- Tots location has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of today’s families. The facility will feature a dedicated instructional swimming pool, fully equipped change rooms and locker facilities, and a comfortable parent viewing gallery. It will provide children with a safe, engaging environment to build confidence, develop essential water safety skills, and create a lifelong connection with swimming. Windsor Aqua-Tots’ franchise owner Matteo DiBellonia praised Rosati’s expertise, highlighting the team’s ability to introduce innovative construction solutions and materials that were ultimately approved by Aqua-Tots corporate leadership.
