With the help of Rosati, the Windsor Islamic Association is now leasing the 30 apartments of its five new two-storey buildings, all geared toward the seniors of the Muslim community.
Located across from the mosque on the corner of Dominion Boulevard and Northwood Street, the buildings feature six apartments each, with unit ranging in size from 1,150 to 1,250 square feet. The well-landscaped, full brick buildings feature an elevator for enhanced accessibility. The units are all noise-insulated, feature large windows, and come equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
