New-Tec Tool Ltd. has been a successful local tool maker since 1986. New-Tec approached Rosati for a design-build solution to manage its new facility. Rosati designed the building to include an expandable office space on the second level and a plant area that is expandable, which will be equipped with a 10-ton crane. The result is a new 16,000 square-foot facility with 1,360 square feet of office space.
