Quality, efficiency and timing proved beneficial for the recently completed, Butler Building expansion that was design-built by Rosati for G.W. Anglin Manufacturing Inc.
The 40,000 Square feet Butler expansion has allowed for boosted production efficiency, product output and increased fleet capacity including exterior warehousing space. As part of the expansion project the site was also expanded and developed to allow over 200 Trucks that are in staging and ready for customer delivery.
Subsequent to the Expansion project, Rosati was also asked to design-build an Interior Office Renovations and expansion which allowed for ten additional Office work stations, a New Plant Lunch Room, New Plant Washrooms and a new Locker Room.
G.W. Anglin manufacturing, a manufacturer of parts and aftermarket truck and van equipment for Fleet and other Work Truck Plus Programs.
