Cabana Chiropractic and Health Center will soon have a new location. They have teamed up with Rosati to design-build their new facility. The 5,100-square-foot structure will have a streamlined modern appearance, with sloped roofs and raised sloped parapet. The attractive façade will blend stucco and brick with accents of stone and wood-look siding.
Cabana Chiropractic and Health Center will occupy 2,500 square feet. Dr. Lisa Rino, D.C., who has practiced in the area for more than 20 years, chose the new building to house a multi-disciplinary clinic.
The remaining 2,600-square-foot space is available for lease as a whole, or divided into two units. The lot is zoned R1.4 for all medical uses as well as pharmacy, bank, business and professional offices.
