Fresh prepared foods and convenience for busy families will be the focus for a new modern Chatham food market. Rosati was chosen to design-build the new concept.
A whole new shopping experience is coming to Chatham as Mercato Fresh, a 14,000- square-foot boutique style food market, is set to open in a portion of the former target store on Grand Ave, West. Rosati was chosen to design-build the new concept store, the first in a chain planned by Co-Owners Marc Romualdi, owner of Windsor’s M.R. Meat markets, and Jonathan Reaume, owner of Toscana resturant.
Mercato Fresh will offer hot and cold prepared foods, fresh produce, meat and fish, a bakery, a cafe, and freshly prepared sushi.
