After working with Rosati Group in the past to create three other locations, the owners of the Olivia DiMaio Early Childhood Education Centres again approached Rosati to develop, design and construct a new facility to handle high demand in South Windsor.
The latest 12,200-square foot centre is being built on the lands of the former Hindu Mandir Temple on Cabana Road near Howard. The conventionally-constructed building is designed to have all classrooms opening off a central atrium, creating an open, welcoming space flooded with natural light. The building’s exterior features a modernized rustic aesthetic. A unique indoor-outdoor room with garage doors will incorporate exploration of nature into the children’s educational experience.
