This position suits a high-energy, proactive team player with at least 3-5 years’ experience. The successful candidate would work directly with Management and Sales Department and must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for Management and the Sales Department.
  • Scheduling & Time Management for Team Leaders.
  • Assist Team Leaders preparing sales proposals.
  • Post to all social media platforms, (i.e.: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Cropping and some retouching of images for social media, press kits, etc.
  • Company event co-ordination

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Publisher and Power Point.
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and prioritizations skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write clearly, accurately and concisely for email campaigns, website content and updates including blogs, press releases, and social media site content.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Familiar with all social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain productivity and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Marketing Experience would be an asset.
  • Commercial Real Estate experience would be considered an asset.
